The Ayala Center of the South

It is not unknown to us that Ayala Land has made vast areas of unknown places to booming commercial and residential hubs. Makati, being the top on the list, after being developed by the Ayala Group is now known as the financial and business district of the entire country. Cebu, the premiere city in the VisMin region, also houses the Cebu Business District which is primarily developed by ALI. Now, currently tagged as the Silicon Valley of the Philippines, Laguna has Nuvali - the Ecocity. Not your ordinary Ayala Avenue, Nuvali is designed to work with Nature.

A living man-made lake, greens everywhere, bike roads and environment-friendly structures; Nuvali takes on the next level of family entertainment - being one with nature.

Other than mere nature sight-seeing, The Ayala Center won't be complete with its high-end shopping center. Solenad 1 and Solenad 2, bring together the best dining and shopping experiences in the Metro to this budding city in the south. Closely resembling the Greenbelt 4 and 5 (also the target market), Solenad is a STOP worth taking on your way to Tagaytay. Of course, the malls still work with the entire Nuvali, less closed spaces, more open air experiences. Upscale brands like Stoked, Cushe, Quiksilver, Fashion Boulevard, Nine West and first-choice dining brands like Contis, Italiannis, Army Navy, Starbucks and others fill up the entire Solenad Complex.

Other Nuvali activities that the entire family might enjoy includes: lake boating, biking, fish feeding, and the favorite past time - picture taking.

A new destination for the people in the South or for people who wants to stay away from the enclosed spaces of warehouse-looking shopping destinations, Nuvali is still growing, in 5-10 years, this will definitely be the new Ayala Center of the South.

Forgetting...

I just forget my cellphone.

I have always been confronted by the fact that I tend to forget everything I get my hands on. Some people say that if you constantly use certain things, the tendency to misplace them and consequently forget about them on anything you put them is unlikely to occur. I am a living exception to that notion. My mother never fails to remind me every single moment that I should be responsible of my own things but I keep doing the same mistake all the time. I have tried to take some supplements to help me up with the 'forgetting' thing but it just made my situation worse.

During my college days, I always have some problems of meeting some deadlines since I end up forgetting about doing them - by intention and not by intention. I simply dropped the idea of completing those assignments before I even get started. In the singing contests I've been, the hindrance of having my star shine brighter is the fact that I mix up some lyrics and notes during performance; not in a more obvious way but I still do mix them up...
